MODERNIsATION OF TESTING MACHINES

With the modernisation packages from Hegewald & Peschke, testing machines can be upgraded to the latest state of the technology, independent of the manufacturer. By using high-quality components from Hegewald & Peschke and the experience gained from many successful modernisations, the testing machines are upgraded to be sustainably fit for the future.

A major advantage is that existing accessories, such as fixtures and specimen grips, extensometers or temperature control devices, can often be reused. Depending on their initial condition, the testing machines are modernised with the latest measurement and control technology and Hegewald & Peschke's testing software. If necessary, the motor is also replaced and the drive assembly adapted.

The universal testing machines are then modernised and fully compatible with current accessories - comparable to a new testing machine.

If we are allowed to carry out the modernisation on our premises, the visual appearance is also brought up to an as-new standard, as some examples show (see illustrations above):
